Privacy
Processed locally in your browser — your working input is not uploaded by this tool. The current implementation uses browser APIs for processing. If Tools Brave later adds a server-powered version of this utility, the page will disclose that change before processing begins.
Limitations to know
- PNG is not a quality-based format, so PNG-to-PNG compression may not shrink much.
- Very large images depend on your device memory and browser canvas limits.
- Re-encoding can remove embedded metadata such as camera EXIF information.
